At Suhlix, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. If something doesn’t go as expected, this Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product does not match its description
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and reported within our allowed timeframe
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Window
Customers must report issues or request a return within:
7 days of receiving the order
(You may adjust this timeframe if needed.)
Requests made after this period may not qualify unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Personal care items
- Opened consumables
- Items labeled “Non-returnable” on the product page
Custom or special-order items may also be excluded.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Submit photos or videos of the issue
- Include your order number for quicker processing
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective items
Exchanges for color or preference changes may not be guaranteed and depend on product availability.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if:
- They have not yet been shipped
- The cancellation request is made within 12 hours
Once order processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
