All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Orders placed after business hours are processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times start after your order has been shipped:

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days
  • International orders: Delivery times vary by country and courier service

Delays caused by customs, weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight and size of the parcel
  • Selected shipping method

Any additional customs or import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Suhlix is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability
  • Packages returned due to wrong shipping information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. We may request photos or proof of damage to initiate a claim with the courier.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

7. International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or other fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Delivery times for international packages vary depending on customs and local couriers.
